Job Description

Senior Contract Recruiter NIO People Operations and Talent Acquisition team is actively seeking a Sr Recruiter. As a Sr Recruiter you'll partner with various organizations (Manufacturing, G&A, Engineering), levels, work across multiple functions and play an integral role in building NIO. 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership developing strategies to build a growing organization.
  • Drive a healthy pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates with ability to meet client needs.
  • Manage the entire requisition life-cycle from req. creation to onboarding.
  • Embody NIO's values for Honesty, Value, Action and Care, ensuring a joyful experience for both candidate and the hiring community.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to connect at all levels of the organization and support cross-functionally.
  • Creative and innovative talent scout able to find the diamond in the rough.
  • Eagle-eye for detail and desire for data integrity.
  • Partner with Talent Team, knowledge sharing and lifting team to achieve exceptional hiring results.
  • Excellent communicator, building internal and external relationships.
  • Experience in Electric Vehicle and Manufacturing highly desirable.
  • Strong engineering/technical recruiting and sourcing skills.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years general recruiting and sourcing experience; strong manufacturing, hardware/firmware knowledge.
  • Able to identify candidates to opportunities, great presentation and closing skills
  • Strong coaching/consulting approach, able to guide and lead hiring managers
  • Workday proficient
  • ATS ninja, able to navigate and optimize utilization of an applicant tracking system
  • Proficiency using sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ
