About the PositionThe Marketing Specialist will help to drive global, integrated multi-channel marketing activities that are designed to amplify FiscalNote’s ESG brand and market share. 
About the ESG Marketing TeamThe ESG Marketing Team collaborates across business units to help drive sales and support the company’s growth goals using data and creativity. Through an integrated approach, the marketing team targets high-quality leads and nurtures them with compelling content and in-person and virtual events, including webinars, blogs, white papers, case studies, social posts, digital ads, and the like.
About You You will help develop and execute the annual marketing plan & programs to drive sales growth, increase market share, and brand awareness. In this role, you will project manage and execute and support the development of marketing collateral, website and social media copy, and internal sales enablement. You’ll plan marketing events including activities around trade shows, customer, and partner events. You’ll also work with the Demand Generation Managers to execute digital campaigns.

What to Expect in this Position:

  • Support the ESG marketing team in planning and implementing marketing projects and campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales enablement.
  • Provide research, writing, and editing support for marketing collateral and materials, including but not limited to partnership marketing and communications, competitive analysis, case studies, employer brand content, blog articles, website content, and more
  • Assist copy for landing pages, newsletters, email, and other digital marketing efforts 
  • Support the company’s participation in - and sponsorship of - global company and third-party events (virtual and in-person events) by helping research, manage event sponsorships, coordinate event logistics, and associated marketing efforts. 
  • Work in partnership with graphic designers and content experts (both internal teams and freelancers) as required 
  • Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the company, to help in advancing key internal and external marketing initiatives
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing KPIs and success metrics

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in marketing
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills. Familiarity with Asana is a plus.
  • Flexible team player with a high degree of creativity, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Interest in the ESG and sustainability space with an inclination towards green tech
