Manage benefit enrollments, communications, reporting, documentation, and special projects to deliver a seamless employee experience. This role is remote within the following states: AZ, FL, GA, IL, KS, NC, NE, MI, MA, SD, TN, TX, WI, and WY. Candidates may reside in or relocate to any of these states. Relocation assistance will be provided.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Serve as a point of contact for inquiries regarding benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and other company-provided benefits. Escalates issues as needed.</li> <li>Manage support requests through the department’s support ticketing system.</li> <li>Assist with developing and distributing clear, informative materials about benefits options, enrollment procedures, and policy changes.</li> <li>Ensure accurate and timely processing of enrollments, terminations, and modifications.</li> <li>Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) to assist with benefits administration, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance. </li> <li>Generate reports to aid in decision-making processes.</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date documentation of benefits policies and procedures. Ensure consistency and clarity in all benefits-related documents and communications.</li> <li>Provide support for special projects, such as open enrollment and health fairs, as needed.</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li> 2+ years of experience in benefits administration</li> <li>Holds a bachelor’s degree OR has equivalent work experience in the Human Resources field. Advanced degrees or certifications in an HR-related field is a plus. </li> <li>Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of benefits programs, laws, and regulations.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in benefits administration systems.</li> <li>Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Strong multi-tasking abilities and time management skills.</li> <li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.</li> <li>Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.</li> <li>Travel up to 15% expected.</li></ul>Let’s Build the Future Together At ERMCO, your ideas matter, your growth is supported, and your impact is real.
