You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deploy APQP and the Quality Chain across the EMEA organization, coordinating and managing key quality deliverables, including D/PFMEA and Control Plans, within PLATO E1NS. In this role, you will support a broad product portfolio, including Lead-Acid batteries (SLI, EFB, AGM), Sodium-Ion (Na-Ion) batteries, and Lithium-Ion (Li-Ion) batteries and systems.The position will be based in Hannover EMEA Headquarters, Germany.<div>What you will do<ul><li>Support APQP Quality activities starting with the RFQ phase through until product launch.</li><li>Facilitate quality work packages for assigned Launch program according to Power D3 (APQP five phase model), support Product Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer / Operations deliverables.</li><li>Monitor Quality health check of products/Projects during new development, Identify Risk &amp; drive for mitigation actions.</li><li>Create and release documentation required as per advanced product quality planning (APQP).</li><li>Support compliance with all applicable quality Customer-specific requirements.</li><li>Ensure that customer requirements, Characteristic Matrix and FMEAs are considered in developing the control plan.</li><li>Coordinate and provides quality assurance support.</li><li>Support plants within preparation and on-time delivery of new product Launch related Customer Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) packages.</li><li>Coordinate and provide required APQP documentation with the Simultaneous Development Team and the different corresponding EMEA plants</li><li>Administration of Risk Management as integrated function within QC Process and Plato E1NS SW tool; maintain Master Data based on regular alignment with plants and SME</li><li>Attend SDT meetings, red flag meetings, steering committees and additional project review meetings.</li><li>Support execution of 1st and 2nd Party Auditing.</li><li>Contribute to the development of the product and production processes through support of APQP Quality Chain</li><li>Support DV/PV sample builds and verify that parts meet dimensional and functional requirements.</li><li>Supporting all standards and specifications required by customers like e.g. automotive SPiCE and ISO 26262 for Li-Ion projects</li><li>Support global and regional change management processes.</li><li>Conduct safe build process according to safe build RASIC in designated projects</li><li>Analyze data to provide continuous improvements in the supplier's products.  </li></ul>What makes you a good fit<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. </li><li>Solid years (2-3) automotive quality experience. </li><li>Knowledge of APQP, AIAG/VDA standards and experience with working &amp; implementing core tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO/IATF systems. </li><li>Proficient in MS Office. </li><li>Ability to read drawings and specifications. </li><li>Ability to Work &amp; contribute with interdisciplinary teams.</li><li>Fluent in English. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills. </li><li>Knowledge of ISO 26262 and Automotive SPICE is highly desirable. </li></ul>What we offer youInput matters just as much as the output.
