Seasonal Aquaculture Farmhand

We’re looking for a Seasonal Aquaculture Farmhand to work with our Coastal Team to assist with shellfish husbandry activities throughout the summer. This is mostly manual work out on the farm, and a great entry point into the aquaculture world. This person will also be involved in the harvest and processing of our shellfish when the time comes. 

You Will:

• Assist deckboss with the startup and shutdown of vessels
• Perform basic seamanship tasks
• Assist in the cleaning, grading, and culling of shellfish inventory
• Mitigate biofouling

You Are (or You Have):

• Enthusiastic and have a good attitude
• A high school or college degree
• Previous aquaculture experience a plus
• Some boating experience
• General handiness
• Not afraid to get dirty
