In this role you will be the technical anchor and operational lead for major, pack-level integrated test assets. These assets are a cornerstone of our validation strategy, designed to evaluate aux systems, BMS hardware, harnessing, sensors, actuators, and full system integration.You will be deeply accountable for the test planning, operationalization, execution, and reporting of these assets. Relocation assistance is available. <h3>What you'll do:</h3><ul style=""><li>Take end-to-end accountability for a major pack-level test asset, driving its commissioning, daily utilization, data integrity, and eventual decommissioning.</li><li>Architect comprehensive test plans and procedures that validate auxiliary systems, BMS hardware, harnessing, complex sensor/actuator networks, and fully integrated software/hardware behaviors.</li><li>Act as the primary technical bridge between design teams (hardware, software, controls), test engineering, and product management to translate high-level requirements into executable validation strategies.</li><li>Partner closely with Site Operations and Facilities teams to manage the infrastructure footprint, power requirements, safety protocols (hazard reviews, FMEA), and continuous uptime of the test asset.</li><li>Lead the day-to-day execution of test campaigns.
