Construction  Project Director — Sports Stadiums (Dallas, TX)We are hiring a seasoned Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, large-scale sports stadium and arena projects as the General Contractor in the South Region of the US.  You will own outcomes for safety, quality, cost, schedule, and stakeholder alignment from preconstruction through turnover and close-out. You will build and mentor a high-performing team (precon, field ops, estimating, VDC/BIM, safety, quality, commissioning) and drive trade partner performance to meet project goals.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead full lifecycle delivery (feasibility, preconstruction, procurement, GMP development, construction, commissioning, closeout).</li><li>Establish and manage project budget, schedule, and risk controls to meet or exceed commercial targets.</li><li>Oversee procurement strategy, solicitations, bid leveling, trade partner selection, and contract negotiations.</li><li>Direct field operations: work sequencing, logistics, site safety (OSHA compliance), quality assurance/quality control, and productivity.</li><li>Monitor financial performance.</li><li>Partner with owners, architects/engineers, owner’s reps, code officials, utilities, and community stakeholders to maintain alignment and approvals.</li><li>Interact with VDC/BIM.</li><li>Champion Safety-First culture.</li><li>Ensure permitting, inspections, TCO/CO milestones, commissioning, performance testing, and turnover.</li></ul>
