Influence R&amp;D to align design efforts with preferred and reputable sourcing partners</li><li>You will support and execute key supply agreements vs dual sourcing strategy to maximize results</li><li>Responsible for managing key critical suppliers, vendor relations, and risk mitigate any supply issues</li><li>Manage commodity category: Electrical, displays and sensors</li><li>You will manage rapid changes through efficient communication and collaboration between R&amp;D and Manufacturing to bring the best cost at product launch in the right supply chain</li><li>You will manage suppliers to the required business standards for ChargePoint, validate and monitor the business for ongoing improvements</li><li>You will work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations for NPI transition to production</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management or minimum 8 years of Sourcing, Commodity related expertise, electrical category preferred</li><li>Strong negotiation skills, and extremely motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a hard-working and multidisciplinary team</li><li>ERP (preferably NetSuite) and PLM (preferably Arena) experience required</li><li>Strong skills in organization, verbal and written communication, attention to detail</li></ul><h3><strong>Location</strong></h3><p>Campbell, CA</p><p>ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
