Circuit is changing how people move short distances by making transportation easier, greener and cheaper.  Our tech-enabled, shared,  electric shuttle services offer low-cost and eco-friendly rides in downtown areas around the US. 

We partner with Cities, Real Estate Developments, Community Organizations, Planning Departments, Hotels, Office Buildings and Apartment complexes to provide innovative, electric shuttle solutions that specialize in short-range (first/last-mile) trips. The services are funded via service contracts and subsidized by fares and/or advertising partners so it’s convenient, green, and always the most affordable way to get around.  

Our partners include: The Cities of West Palm Beach, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, San Diego, New Rochelle;   Brightline Train Systems; shopping malls, hotels, stadiums, campuses, planned communities.

Who We’re Looking for

Circuit is seeking a Public Partnerships Manager to focus on new and existing contract opportunities in the South Florida Region. The PPM will work closely with the local operations team to ensure current services are performing well and satisfying existing customer and community needs. The PPM will also work with the regional team to help with communications, outreach, community engagement and events. This role is a cross-functional role that will offer experience with the operations, sales and marketing teams. The PPM will report to the nearest Partner, the Head of FL Ops, the Head of FL Biz Dev and the CEO.   

Additional tasks include, but are not limited to, client reporting, research and support for government procurement and grant opportunities, preparing presentations and sales reports, working with partners on press releases and new service marketing, attending industry conferences, hosting community events, drafting rider and customer surveys, stakeholder mapping and working with with the local sales and operations managers on partnership development and success. 

Experience

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of corporate experience. Preference will be given to candidates that have worked with public agencies, in Public-Private-Partnerships (PPPs) in Enterprise, B2B and B2G engagements, in communications and or Public Relations. We prefer candidates located in Broward, Palm Beach, or Miami-Dade Counties

Work Environment 

The role will initially be primarily remote with the option to work from Fort Lauderdale, Miami, or West Palm Beach office locations. 

Circuit provides a flexible but committed work environment. The candidate will have a hybrid work schedule that will be both in-office and remote. The estimated time in office will be less than 35%. While we believe if you’re getting your work done, it’s less important where you do it, we do find value in time with the team and with customers.  

The national team usually travels at least once per quarter to attend the national meeting and candidates are encouraged to work from other offices in New York, Los Angeles or San Diego.

Compensation 

Base salary will depend on the candidate's background. The candidate will be eligible for Bonuses, contributions to Health Care, Phone, travel expenses.

After one year, the candidate will be eligible for 401k match plan, participation in employee stock option program.
