What you will do

Become part of our People & Culture team in Munich, where we figure out creative ways to maintain and develop our company’s unique spirit and sense of purpose, while finding the best way to meet the needs of a company that is quickly growing in Europe and the U.S.

  • You ensure a smooth and efficient flow of HR processes from the onboarding to the offboarding process
  • You advise and support our (international) locations and teams in personnel-related matters, such as contract management, time recording, benefits, etc.
  • You independently prepare salary data and check the payroll for our German and international companies 
  • You independently carry out projects in the area of People Operations
  • You support our teams in an advisory capacity on personnel-related topics
  • You manage the digital personnel files and maintain the master data in our HR tool Personio
  • You collaborate with other team members to drive topics forward
Who you are
  • You have at least three years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources
  • You have an apprenticeship or a degree in the commercial field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
  • You enjoy working internationally and speak fluent German and English
  • You have a hands-on mentality and a trusting and responsible mindset
  • You are looking forward to a constantly growing company and an agile working environment
  • You are proactive and have very good communication skills    
  • You are organized and work very structured and carefully    
  • You are confident in using MS Office, especially MS Excel
