What you’ll do…

• You’ll ship features that customers actually see & use on a daily basis!
• You'll be a key team member executing the transition from an end-to-end Rails application to a Rails backend + React Native for mobile + web
• You’ll build integrations with other platforms, e.g. Stripe, eBay, Checkr
• You’ll work closely with the product team & founder as part of a collaborative, cross-functional 6 person prod/eng organization.

What you bring to the table…

• 2+ years of engineering experience in the workplace
• 4 year CS degree
• Strong experience (work or project) with Rails, HTML/CSS/JS, and ideally React
• Experience owning deployment (we’re on Heroku), CI/CD, Docker and eng tooling
• Comfortable with ambiguity and deploying 80/20 features
• Strong EQ and sense of empathy
• Written and verbal communication skills are exceptional
• This role is open to all remote candidates across US working hours (PST to EST) and is a full-time role.
