Talent Coordinator (Contract) - 20231

NIO is looking for an extraordinary Talent Coordinator for a long-term contract support the NIO's hiring community and People Operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers and People Operations, overseeing candidates from recruitment to hire.
• Continuously improve the recruitment process, driving efficiency and a high-touch with candidates and the NIO hiring community.
• Ensure candidate focused experience throughout the hiring process overseeing activities from scheduling interviews to onboarding.
• Extraordinary scheduling skills, managing various people and interview method scheduling over various time zones.
• Leverage your ATS knowledge, ensuring data integrity and analytics, improving applicant flow, reporting and data management.
• Participate in recruiting events and coordinating event activities.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation.
• Eagle-eye for detail with exceptional ATS, Excel and Workday data management and reporting experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Recruiting/HR similar role.
• Process expert, attention to detail, promote NIO's value for Care and a joyful user experience.
• Ability perform under pressure, managing multiple projects and timelines.
• Customer service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond.
• Collaborative across teams and levels of the organization.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to communicate effectively with passive candidates.
• Able to work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to changing environments and regulations.
