Job Description

Volta's award-winning charging stations benefit brands, consumers, and real-estate locations by providing valuable advertising space to businesses and convenient charging to drivers. Strategically located in places consumers already visit, Volta's chargers are currently the most used electric vehicle charging stations in the United States.

The Opportunity at Volta Charging

The Associate Account Management role is a hands-on opportunity for an ambitious, yet thoughtful candidate to drive measurable impact in a growing media sales organization.  

In your first 90 days, you will

  • Own and manage the creative approval process (approving specs and managing the client creative repository)
  • Be fully trained on how to create campaign mock ups for proposals and other sales collateral
  • Assist the AM team during the POP process (working directly with the field service team to gather post campaign launch photos and share with clients)
  • Begin scoping out new process for POP Photos
  • Be sufficiently trained on Local proposal creation, COF process, and campaign management
  • Be sufficiently trained on how to trouble shoot a campaign and assist in the internal vistar impression audit (pulling reporting etc)

At the end of 12 months within the role, you will

  • Have a complete understanding of the media sales landscape and life cycle
  • Have executed a plan of attack for the new POP Photo Process 2022 (new vendor/platform scoped and approved)
  • Completed a full internal audit of our impressions within Vistars platform
  • Completed a SOP for Campaign Trouble Shooting to be used by existing and future AMs/Ad Ops members
  • Working in support of our Media Sales team with one-off needs, resources, etc.
  • Assumed responsibilities of end-to-end planning and proposal development, along with campaign management and execution for lower budget deals

  • A solution oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Experience working with Excel, GoogleDrive, PPT/Keynote, analytical data, etc
  • Passion for media and EVs!
  • Confidence to embrace new challenges and unafraid to ask questions
