Job Description

Loam is a team of scientists, farmers, experts and entrepreneurs. We help farming businesses thrive by increasing soil carbon, soil health and enabling access to carbon markets. We develop microbial technology to remove CO2 from the atmosphere and build carbon in agricultural soils.

We are a rapidly-growing team of more than 50, with headquarters in Orange, NSW and Minneapolis, MN. We foster a supportive and diverse workplace, where every team member is encouraged to learn and grow beyond their area of expertise.

While everyone at Loam is working in different roles, we all have one job: enable farmers to remove CO2 from the atmosphere and store it stably in the soil.

Key Accountabilities include:

  • Coordinate the execution of global carbon markets strategic initiatives
  • Drafting proposals and refining messaging for key partnership and customer discussions
  • Updating and reviewing financial models and collating project status reports from across the business.
