Purpose Driven Position

At CarbonCure, our customers are at the center of all we do. Reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing, our Customer Marketing Manager, Enablement will play an important role in guiding, supporting and equipping our customers with the tools they need to expand their brand awareness, market CarbonCure technology to their architect, engineer, general contractor (AEC) and owner audiences, and reach success milestones.
Responsibilities will focus on executing our customer go-to-market enablement strategy by identifying customer needs and opportunities, improving and adding to our toolkit of customer marketing resources and collateral including our online customer portal myCarbonCure, and supporting the Customer Success team in marketing initiatives to increase concrete production volume and specification acceptance. You’ll also contribute to the building and execution of customer education tracks and other customer lifecycle initiatives.


About you

The ideal candidate has a strong marketing and project management background, is excited to up-level existing tools and processes and has meticulous attention to detail. You are highly motivated, proactive and look forward to not only building great personal relationships with our customers but having the opportunity to work cross-functionally with other CarbonCure team members.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer marketing or marketing communications role
  • Enthusiastic self-starter; able to both accept direction and work independently in a remote working environment managing multiple projects 
  • Flexible, curious and adaptable in a fast-growing and evolving department
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for brand aesthetics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write copy that is motivating, personal and exciting is a big plus
  • Familiarity working with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Familiarity with Marketo, Asana, Go-to-Webinar, Wordpress and Adobe Illustrator is an asset

What you'll be doing

  • Support the Customer Success and Strategic Business teams by developing and delivering customer marketing resources and marketing training to new customers
  • Respond to requests from the Strategic Business team for marketing data, collateral and slides to support customer and SB team outreach to AEC audiences
  • Regularly audit and improve existing marketing resources for customers, and own the development of new unique and co-branded resources to meet customer needs
  • Develop and deliver communications and education strategies to increase customer usage of the myCarbonCure online platform, and improve the customer experience by managing resources and communications, and supporting localisation.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improving customers’ online marketing resources, including providing website and on-going social media guidance
  • Work closely with our PR team to identify and manage editorial and media opportunities featuring customers and support customer-driven PR opportunities
  • Manage brand assets and collateral for truck brands, signage, decals and customer-driven events
  • Track and analyze metrics for customer marketing enablement activities and impact, and myCarbonCure usage
