Heavy Equipment Operator, Commercial Truck Drivers

Running Tide is seeking heavy equipment operators and dump truck drivers to support our Iceland-based production operations to deliver ready-to-deploy carbon removal systems.

Equipment

• JCB and Volvo wheel loaders (is. payloader / hjólaskófla).
• Various fork lift (lyftarar) and telehandler equipment (is. skotbómulyftari).
• Dump trucks.

The Work

• Located at Grundartangi; exclusively outdoor work this year.
• Assisting with the assembly of the production line.
• Moving large amounts of material around the site.
• Feeding heavy equipment to ensure smooth workflow.
• Loading material on barges and other vessels.
• Being vigilant for any maintenance items needing to be addressed.
• Fueling and lubrication of equipment.
• Constantly improving safety and efficiency in all aspects of the work.

This is a temporary role (July through October) with potential to transition to a full time role.
