We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.<ul><li>Receiving, Inventory, and Material Control</li><li>Unload incoming shipments and verify received items against packing slips, purchase orders, bills of lading, or other applicable documentation.</li><li>Accurately receive materials into the ERP system, including SAP or similar business systems, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.</li><li>Maintain proper identification, organization, and storage of materials to support efficient retrieval and inventory control.</li><li>Track stock levels and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and physical inventory activities.</li><li>Investigate, document, and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or receiving issues to the appropriate personnel.</li><li>Maintain organized and accurate filing and storage of shipping, receiving, inventory, and related operational documentation.</li><li>Order Fulfillment and Shipping</li><li>Pick materials, parts, and products from shelves, bins, racks, or designated storage areas based on work orders, sales orders, or internal requests.</li><li>Pack materials for shipment using appropriate methods and materials to ensure accuracy, protection, and cost-effective transportation.</li><li>Prepare orders for customer delivery, carrier shipment, or internal/external pickup in a timely manner to meet operational requirements and customer expectations.</li><li>Coordinate with customers and internal personnel to plan, arrange, and communicate shipment details as needed.</li><li>Prepare and process shipping documentation and update related records in company systems.</li><li>Production, Assembly, and Shop Support</li><li>Deliver and stage materials, components, and supplies for production and assembly operations.</li><li>Understand departmental workflows, shop processes, and assembly requirements to ensure materials are available when and where needed.</li><li>Assist technicians with pump repairs and related shop support activities, including moving parts, staging materials, and supporting general repair workflow.</li><li>Collaborate with technicians and operations personnel to support daily productivity and maintain smooth workflow across warehouse and shop functions.</li><li>Equipment Operation and Material Handling</li><li>Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, hoists, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, transport, and position materials.</li><li>Move materials efficiently within the warehouse, shop, production areas, and yard/compound as required.</li><li>Inspect equipment before use and report operational concerns, maintenance needs, or safety issues promptly.</li><li>Warehouse, Yard, and Facility Organization</li><li>Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment, including aisles, storage areas, workstations, and staging locations.</li><li>Support cleanliness and organization in the compound/yard area, including proper storage, material placement, and housekeeping.</li><li>Dispose of waste, packaging, scrap, and other materials in accordance with established procedures and housekeeping standards.</li><li>Communication and Operational Support</li><li>Use computers and company applications to enter, update, and manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and material movement records.</li><li>Demonstrate working knowledge of ERP systems, or the ability to quickly learn and effectively use ERP software such as SAP.</li><li>Communicate material shortages, shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, process concerns, or other operational issues to management in a timely manner.</li></ul>Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
