The role forms part of the Global Operations Leadership Team and will work closely with Compliance, Risk, Technology, Legal, Finance, Data Management and Front Office stakeholders.Role Responsibilities<div><ul><li>Lead TP ICAP's Global Operational Services function, encompassing Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Party Reference Data across EMEA, Americas and APAC.</li><li>Set the strategic direction for the function, ensuring alignment with the Group's operational, risk and growth objectives.</li><li>Oversee the end-to-end client lifecycle, including onboarding, maintenance, periodic reviews and offboarding activities.</li><li>Ensure the integrity, quality and governance of Party Reference Data across the organisation.</li><li>Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, standardisation, automation and service enhancement initiatives.</li><li>Maintain a robust risk and control environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and governance standards.</li><li>Act as the senior escalation point for Operational Services matters globally.</li><li>Partner closely with Front Office, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Technology and Data Management stakeholders to deliver effective business outcomes.</li><li>Lead the function's transformation agenda, including technology enhancements, operating model improvements and process optimisation.</li><li>Oversee data governance standards and act as a key sponsor of data quality and stewardship initiatives within Operational Services.</li><li>Provide leadership, coaching and development to globally distributed teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture.</li><li>Contribute as a member of the Global Operations Leadership Team, supporting broader Operations strategy and organisational priorities.</li></ul></div>Experience / CompetencesEssential<ul><li>Significant leadership experience within Operations in a wholesale financial markets, capital markets, banking, or financial services environment.</li><li>Deep and demonstrated understanding of Client Lifecycle Management, KYC/AML processes, and operational controls.</li><li>Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and driving organisational change.</li><li>Proven ability to design and improve operational processes, controls, and service delivery models.</li><li>Proven and robust stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business leaders and control functions.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Experience interacting with regulators, auditors and senior executive stakeholders.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing risk, governance, and regulatory obligations within an operational environment.</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Deep knowledge of wholesale financial markets and post-trade operational processes.</li><li>Experience leading data governance, data quality, or reference data initiatives.</li><li>Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation, automation, or operating model change.</li><li>Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence programmes.</li></ul>Job Band &amp; Level <ul><li>Function Head / 9</li></ul>#LI-DIR #LI-HybridNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
