AECOM is seeking a Senior Scheduling Specialist to be based in Panama. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Schedule analysis, long-term resource planning, system access, master schedule improvements, status recording/reporting, and report development.</li><li>Provide scheduling expertise to support the administration of the master schedule.</li><li>Assess, propose improvements, support, and advise management and project teams on a comprehensive and integrated system for supporting long-term resource planning.</li><li>Develop and implement procedures for the deployment of in-house resources.</li><li>Identify and evaluate risks, issues, and interfaces that may impact project schedules, and support the development of mitigation plans.</li><li>Support the development and update of the Capital Program’s procedures, policies, standards, and best practices for managing and updating projects’ schedules and baselines.</li><li>Develop status reports for cash flow, cost, estimates, resource utilization, time-phased budgets, milestones, and others.</li><li>Assist in the administration and configuration of Primavera P6 including setting up and managing the Enterprise Project Structure (EPS), project work breakdown structures (WBS), resource structures (RBS), maintaining project baseline budgets and schedules, resource assignments, calendars, project and activity codes, profiles, layouts, and others.</li><li>Prepare schedule related training material and provide training as needed.</li></ul>This vacancy aims to strengthen our talent pool for future opportunities.
