Senior Software Developer

Generate Capital is hiring a Sr. Software Developer to drive development of new ERP and CRM modules.  Reporting to the Director, Financial Systems, the mission of this position is to focus on continuous improvement by delivering new product solutions that enhance the end-user experience and streamline financial and operational processes.

What you will be doing at Generate Capital as the Senior Software Developer

• Work with the data and technology team to implement new platform enhancements and integrations for Business Central ERP and Salesforce.
• Deliver on ERP and CRM roadmap features
• Work with Business Analysts, Product Managers and other members of the technology team to deliver high value enhancements in modules like Accounts Payable (AP), Purchase Orders (PO), Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivables (AR), and cash application.
• Handle day to day support and programming requests
• Provide recommendations for product enhancements to align with ERP systems functionality
• Drive adherence to execution within an agile development and delivery methodology

Candidate qualifications & core characteristics:

• A demonstrated passion for, or commitment to, our mission
• 4+ years relevant software engineering experience
• Experience with Git, Agile workflow and SDLC
• Expert knowledge in C#, Java or similar OOP language
• Knowledge of Business Central AL or Salesforce APEX code is a plus
• Previous experience delivering customized code solutions within third-party enterprise software solutions
• Experience in test automation and code compliance
• A demonstrated ability to work across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
