Associate / Senior Associate - Business Intelligence

Redaptive is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and collaborative Associate – Business Intelligence to work closely with our growing team based in the US & India. The role will involve collaborating with multiple teams such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, Vendor management and Technology etc. to drive and deliver BI solutions. You would be responsible for owning and leading Business Intelligence projects end-to-end. You would work with a team of analysts on projects that utilize multiple large datasets to produce visuals and insights that can be understood and consumed easily.We are looking for someone who is thrives in an ambiguous, fast paced environment, can use great judgement to make decisions and display empathy and resilience.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive report automation for recurring asks
• Review data collected from different sources to ensure integrity of data
• Validate data/reports against expected outcomes
• Coordinate with various verticals to understand existing product and suggest BI solution
• Data visualization and reporting for easy consumption of all stakeholders
• Strategize data warehousing process
• Maintain BI solution. Iterate through existing solution to improve it.
• Maintain documentation of BI process/dashboards/metrics

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• 4 - 8 + years of experience
• Extracting/analyzing data using SQL on an RDBMS
• Using Tableau Desktop for sharing insights and self-serve reporting
• Strong skills in manipulating data on Excel.
• Ability to work with multiple competing priorities
• Ability to gather requirements by interacting with multiple stakeholders across the organization
• Experience in managing stakeholder expectations
• Experience with KPI/Feature Engineering

Nice to have
• Experience with Tableau Server/Online. Experience in maintaining Tableau dashboards on Tableau Online. Publish dashboards, refresh extracts, manage subscriptions etc.
• Experience in using Python for data wrangling and reporting automation
• Experience working on GitHub or Git based versioning
• Ability to use Alteryx for extracting information from multiple data sources (Databases, Salesforce. APIs), feature engineering and writing to csv/tableau data sources
• Experience in using Python for creating Machine Learning models
