This is not a "behind the scenes" HR role; you are the frontline representative of Zero Homes in the Denver ecosystem and the operational owner of our talent machine.You will help drive the entire candidate lifecycle—from the first "hello" at a Denver Startup Week event to the moment a new hire signs their offer letter.
