Let’s dive right in: <ul style="margin-top:0in;"><li>Organize the full-cycle performance management of sales unit metrics and analyze regional operating data to identify and implement business improvements.</li><li>Track large-scale storage (BESS) opportunity pipelines, conversion rates, and shipment data while delivering monthly direct-sales bid-rate reports.</li><li>Drive top-down alignment of headquarters' marketing strategy across the Europe region and manage the execution of strategic initiatives.</li><li>Lead and execute high-priority special management projects to support the European executive leadership team through to completion.</li><li>Provide quality oversight for the sales operations team's core deliverables while continuously optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency.</li><li>Consolidate sales forecasts across product lines, coordinate the annual target-setting process, and generate monthly regional management reports.</li></ul> Your profile All right all right, that was intriguing wasn`t it?
