coordination:<ul><li>Oversee the development and execution of detailed launch plans for assigned projects, ensuring all activities are executed according to schedule and budget;</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals, requirements and milestones;</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure launch readiness, including purchasing, production and logistics;</li><li>BOM cost and vendor tooling management according to project requirement.</li></ul>Milestone Monitoring &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Ensure that the project progresses according to the milestones (BW and customer) and deadlines set until launch.</li><li>Track and monitor the progress of activities, identifying delays or problems that could affect the launch schedule.</li><li>Work closely with the project teams to implement corrective actions when necessary and ensure that the project remains on schedule.</li><li>Follow up of sourcing status, process compliance and PPAP status for every component;</li><li>Ensure parts availability for internal milestones tracking.</li></ul>Problem-Solving &amp; Barrier Management:<ul><li>Identify potential risks, obstacles or bottlenecks in the pre-launch and launch phases.</li><li>Proactively assess challenges and develop alternative solutions to keep the project moving forward without compromising quality.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to fix any problems that could interrupt project milestones or affect the launch date.</li><li>Highlight project difficulties and provide recommendations to overcome barriers and keep the project on track.</li></ul>Supplier &amp; Stakeholder Coordination:<ul><li>Work with suppliers, vendors and other external partners to ensure that all necessary materials, resources and services are provided on time.</li><li>Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and delivery on key project objectives.</li><li>Resolve any issues with suppliers or external partners in a timely and effective manner to ensure there are no disruptions to the project.</li></ul>Communication &amp;
