<p>Here is what you will be doing:</p><ul><li>An expert user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings) or Bentley OpenBuildings who can model and produce drawings with limited supervision having the ability to create content writing in the structural discipline.</li><li>Act as BIM Lead Verifier and authors and ensures compliance with BIM Execution plan and BIM standards.</li><li>Proactively checks and coordinates project BIM models and deliverables to ensure they meet Client requirements and Industry Standards and project BIM Execution Plan</li><li>Independently checks the completeness &amp; accuracy of work created by the team before review by the Senior Engineer or designated senior team member.</li><li>Initiates coordination strategy and reporting using Navisworks and other coordination software and supports the team through the delivery phase</li><li>Adopts creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks, undertakes appropriate research and develops documentation to support these solutions</li><li>Be the gatekeeper of all in-coming and out-going model and drawing information.</li><li>Manage submissions and ensure proper QA/QC protocols are implemented.</li><li>Ensure spatial coordination</li><li>Initiates and manages projects in BIM360</li><li>Contribute to AECOM global digital and innovation initiatives</li><li>Guiding and management of junior staff.</li><li>Organizes own and others work to achieve set deadlines</li><li>Keeps abreast of the latest software/ techniques to increase productivity</li></ul>
