Job Description:
Atomo Coffee is currently looking for a production technician who is self-motivated and driven to succeed! You are highly efficient and understand the importance and excitement of working in a start-up environment, which includes wearing many hats, being flexible with timelines and direction, and having many opportunities for growth within the organization.
This role will be a key member of the production team at our new Ingredient Processing Facility (IPF) and will assist in the operation of our production equipment and manufacturing of molecular coffee raw materials. This is a physically demanding role, with duties including shoveling raw materials, working in hot environments, and repetitive muscle movement. This role will report directly to the IPF Plant Manager.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, however louder noise levels may be experienced when production is occurring or when maintenance work is being performed. Environmental conditions in the plant include exposure to elevated surfaces, vibration, moving objects, noise, slippery floors, electrical hazards, heat, and mechanical hazards.
Additional Details:
Pay Range: DOE $20-25/hr, FT non-exempt
