Job Description

Atomo is currently seeking an exceptional Social Media + Community Manager. You are growing in your field, and are intimately familiar with operations and algorithms of most major social platforms.  The candidate is  excited about joining the team in creating the world’s first molecular coffee. You understand the importance and excitement of working in a start-up environment, which includes wearing many hats and being flexible with timelines and direction.

As a critical member of the marketing team, you will be a creative self-starter, who thrives working with cross functional teams to build a truly unique and engaging brand story. As a Community Manager you will forge strong relationships with our existing audience and create opportunities for customers to be involved in the brand. 


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to support brand initiatives and product launch. This includes everything from strategy to content creation to community management.

  • Manage existing social media accounts, delivering quality lifestyle, entertainment, and educational content

  • Create and publish content on both social media and monthly newsletters to Atomo’s fans and followers

  • Cultivate and facilitate a highly engaged online community, creating opportunities for followers to engage directly with the brand and each other

  • Work with Brand Director and content producers to create high quality and engaging content this fit within brand guidelines

  • Setting and achieving performance metrics for digital marketing campaigns, analyzing results to be able to recommend adjustments

  • Attend events and support field marketing efforts with promotion and live event engagement

  • All other projects as needed by the Creative and Marketing teams


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt writing to fit audience needs and brand voice

  • Expert understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, and Tiktok social networks, including trends and algorithms

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently and effectively

  • Work cross functionally with sales, marketing and creative teams to deliver top quality content and support company initiatives to success

  • Superior customer service with servant leadership mentality

  • Respectful, energetic and collaborative personality and sense of humor

  • 3-4 years of experience in social media for consumer brands, preferably CPG or beverage, required

  • Photoshop, Illustrator and/or photography experience preferred not required

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field preferred

  • Experience utilizing Sprout Social or similar platforms


Additional Details:

Pay Range: $70-80k + Equity
