Job Description:

Atomo Coffee is currently seeking a seasoned Experiential Marketing Manager to build and execute live sampling and engagement experiences designed to build brand / product awareness and excitement. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of experiential programing. Successful candidates will have experience in concept, design, vendor selection / management, field rep recruiting / management, mobile tour / event and retail sampling for CPG companies or agencies (preferred). 

You are a self-starter, team builder with high energy.  You are highly efficient, understanding the importance and excitement of working in a start-up environment, which includes wearing many hats, being flexible with timelines and direction, and having many opportunities for growth within the organization. 

The Experiential Marketing Manager is a pivotal role to ensure successful brand engagement with consumers, media, and trade. This role will report to the Brand Director and work closely with ecommerce, brand, and sales teams.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with agency of record to design experiential concept and design.

  • Identify Objectives and Key Results for program design.

  • Work with your existing network of fabricators, talent agencies, to scope and build mobile tour assets. 

  • Prepare mobile marketing and sampling plan utilizing data to determine opportunities for engagement and sampling with target demographic.

  • Build and manage local / national execution team.

  • Manage events and/or mobile tour.

  • Collect content and key insights for brand, marketing, and sales organization.

  • Provide quantitative and qualitative analysis as necessary. 


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships on behalf of the brand from general consumer to C-suite.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication

  • 5+ years of experiential marketing mobile tour management experience

  • 5+ years of recruiting / hiring and team leadership experience

  • Network of fabrication and asset vendors

  • Advanced PowerPoint/Keynote, dMS Excel/Google Sheet skills 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 

  • Proficient with SalesForce or similar CRM platforms 

 

Additional Details:

Pay Range: DOE $90-100k + Equity
