Job Description:

Atomo is currently seeking an experienced Distribution Manager. You are an expert in your field and understand the importance and excitement of working in a start-up environment, which includes wearing many hats and being flexible with timelines and direction.

As a critical member of the growth team, you will bring strong tactical, analytical, relationship-building and communication skills to the table, reporting directly to the Head of Growth.. The Distribution Manager will operate across many departments, supporting growth and supply chain teams with sales across all areas of distribution, as well as other duties needed within the organization.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage the development of direct supply chain - forecasting, demand planning and purchasing to consistently meet shipping deadlines, balance inventory, and logistics.

  • Own and manage stock levels for the execution of assembly needs at our 3PL and in-house warehouse.

  • Lead supply chain team to support sales across all areas of distribution.

  • Work cross-functionally with outside partners, Sales, Brand, and Marketing on supply chain status.

  • Manage the customer order process through shipment.

  • Manage supply chain risk through transportation, components, products.

  • Analyze, identify, and help implement new processes and projects as needed to create more support and efficiencies to expand distribution.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • CPG / Beverage experience

  • Direct to consumer, wholesale, distributor and direct retailer experience

  • Must be comfortable designing, strategizing and executing

  • ERP experience with Netsuite a plus


Additional Details:

Pay Range: DOE $100-115k + Equity
