Job Description:

Atomo Coffee is currently seeking an associate level  Financial Analyst who is self-motivated and driven to succeed! You are highly efficient, understanding the importance and excitement of working in a start-up environment, which includes wearing many hats, being flexible with timelines and direction, and having many opportunities for growth within the organization. 

The Financial Analyst will be a key asset to the success at Atomo. This role will report directly to the CFO.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting 

  • Perform variance analyses to help understand gaps between actuals and plan 

  • Prepare financial operating forecasts 

  • Generate weekly cash forecasts 

  • Support team metrics management, company OKR process, and Weekly Business Reviews  

  • Design scalable financial reporting solutions for internal and external customers 

  • Manage the company’s Chart of Accounts 

  • Contribute to written financial narratives 

  • Deliver ad hoc financial analyses 

  • Supporting equity issuance and capitalization table management 

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to CFO’s communication style

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of corporate finance experience 

  • Advanced MS Excel/Google Sheet skills 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 

  • Proficient experience with finance systems and tools including: NetSuite, Oracle OFA, Planful, Vena, Anaplan, 

  • Preferred experience in additional systems such as Bill.com, Abacus, Expensify, Carta, etc.

 

Additional Details:

Pay Range: DOE $60-80k + Equity
