Stay abreast of competing markets, providing actionable reports on market movement, competitor positioning, and competitive intelligence.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share knowledge with other regional branches, Customer Success, and the Product team to leverage effective practices and highlight emerging business opportunities.</li><li>Industry Presence: Attend and represent PVcase at major conferences, tradeshows, and industry events related to both the solar market and data center/hyperscale infrastructure to expand our network and partnership opportunities.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience: 10+ years of overall experience in B2B sales and/or business development, ideally within a high-growth SaaS business ($50M–$100M ARR range).</li><li>Leadership Track Record: At least 3 years in a leadership role (such as Director of Sales, Head of Sales, or similar), with a proven track record of hiring, building, and managing successful sales teams from the ground up.</li><li>Performance: Demonstrated history of increasing company performance, consistently exceeding quotas, and driving overall business leadership that results in greater profitability and market positioning.</li><li>Technical Acumen: Familiarity SaaS Tech Stack / CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a strong advantage.</li><li>Skillset: Commercial acumen combined with analytical rigor.
