We are looking for a passionate and energetic Office Coordinator to join our People & Culture team.

In order to rock this role, you need to master the office and make sure that things are getting done smoothly at all times - from being the focal point to all people to managing suppliers, and making sure our office facilities are well maintained, clean, organized and reflect the company culture. This position engages our employees and instills our company culture through extraordinary office experience.

What will you bring?

• Exceptional attention to detail and "make things done" skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• 1-2 years of office coordinating experience 
• Independent, welcoming, energetic, empathic, proactive and self-driven
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English – both verbal and written
• Well-organized and able to handle multi-tasking in a busy and dynamic environment
