The program follows a 70-20-10 development model, with 70% of learning gained through hands-on project work, 20% through mentoring, networking, and relationship building, and 10% through formal learning opportunities. Within electrical engineering internship, interns support initiatives that help plan, design, operate, maintain, and modernize Avangrid's electric system.
