We measure our success in the carbon reduction achievements of our customers. We are looking for team members to join our team focused on delivering outcomes for our Financial Institution customers.The Financial Institutions team customizes the Watershed platform for the specific needs of Asset Managers, Banks, Portfolio Companies and others. This involves; modelling finance specific entities like portfolios, assets and holdings - calculating data quality metrics like PCAF scores - and supporting customer report on Financial Regulations like SFDR.In this role you will:<ul style=""><li>Write performant, well-crafted, tested, and maintainable code across our technical stack</li><li>Own our frontend architecture, planning ahead to enable the team to build quickly without compromising on quality</li><li>Collaborate with our Design and Design Engineering teams to give our customers beautiful, clear and consistent experiences</li><li>Lead the team on UI/UX topics supporting others to build their skills in your areas of expertise</li><li>Champion our design principles like “smart defaults but you decide” and “connected and familiar”</li></ul>You might be a good fit if you have:<ul style=""><li>We’re looking for 6+ years in software engineering</li><li>Specialism in building UI/UX for complex applications</li><li>A true frontend specialist but who will go full-stack when needed</li><li>A track record of raising the bar on frontend quality by mentoring others and leading by example</li></ul> Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles)Watershed has hub offices in San Francisco, New York, London, and Mexico City and satellite offices in Denver, Sydney, Paris, and Berlin.
