You will provide first and second-level technical support for hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices), software (operating systems, productivity suites, specialized applications), and network connectivity issues. 2.You will diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, either remotely or in-person, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary. 3.
