Supply Operations builds the products and technology that enable Lime's global operations teams and logistics partners to manage, maintain, and operate our fleet efficiently.<div style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;"> </div>The team owns the end-to-end experience for Supply users, including the Supply App used by operators in the field, LP Dashboard used by logistics partners to manage their operations, and the services and platform capabilities that power these experiences. The team works across mobile, web, and backend systems, and operates at the intersection of product experience, operational efficiency, and fleet technology.<div style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;"> </div>As the Engineering Manager for Supply Operations, you will lead a diverse team of mobile and backend engineers responsible for some of the most important tools used to operate Lime's global fleet. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Operations, Security, and other engineering teams to define strategy, shape the roadmap, and deliver reliable products that improve the productivity and effectiveness of our operations.This role requires both strong people leadership and technical depth. You will be expected to develop senior technical leaders within the team, participate in architectural and technical decisions, and create an environment where engineers can independently own complex problems from product definition through implementation and rollout.This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in Canada to maintain effective collaboration across teams.What You'll Do:<ul style=""><li>Be both highly technical and an effective people manager.</li><li>Lead and develop a team of mobile and backend engineers, including senior technical leaders.</li><li>Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering to define strategy and drive roadmap creation and execution.</li><li>Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across mobile, backend, and web systems.</li><li>Participate in technical design and drive engineering quality, reliability, and operational excellence.</li><li>Develop and empower technical leaders, creating clear ownership and increasing the team's overall leverage.</li><li>Measure team impact, set clear expectations and goals, and partner with leadership on staffing and organizational priorities.</li></ul>About You:<ul style=""><li>8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience in technical leadership and people management.</li><li>Experience managing and developing teams of senior engineers and technical leads.</li><li>Strong technical background in mobile, backend, or full-stack product engineering.</li><li>Demonstrated experience leading complex products or projects end to end across multiple technical areas.</li><li>Strong track record of working with cross-functional partners and influencing strategy in ambiguous environments.</li><li>Demonstrated experience recruiting, coaching, and managing technical teams, including performance management.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul style=""><li>Experience leading teams spanning mobile and backend engineering.</li><li>Experience with Android/iOS development and mobile release processes.</li><li>Experience building internal tools, operational platforms, logistics, or workforce products.</li><li>Experience leading globally distributed engineering teams.</li><li>Experience with mobile security, authentication, or device integrity.</li></ul>The base salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by objective factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience.
