You’ll work across all levels and departments of our organization to uncover what makes us unique across our 3 lines of business and communicate it effectively to the world with the goal to acquire new customers and require current ones. As we grow our fleet and operation, we will turn to you to dictate our brand positioning and marketing strategy.

In 2011, we started out as a simple, ad-supported beach shuttle in East Hampton, NY to solve a parking and congestion problem. Since then we’ve worked closely with forward-thinking municipalities and some of the world’s top brands to build an innovative first/last-mile transportation service.
Circuit is changing how people move short distances by making transportation easier, greener and cheaper. Our tech-enabled, shared, electric shuttle services offer low-cost and eco-friendly rides in downtown areas around the US.
We partner with Cities, Real Estate Developments, Community Organizations, Planning Departments, Hotels, Office Buildings and Apartment complexes to provide innovative, electric shuttle solutions that specialize in short-range (first/last-mile) trips. The services are funded via service contracts and subsidized by fares and/or advertising partners so it’s convenient, green, and always the most affordable way to get around.
Our partners include: The Cities of West Palm Beach, Hollywood, Pompano Beach, San Diego, New Rochelle; Brightline Train Systems; shopping malls, hotels, stadiums, campuses, planned communities.

Job Description (including but not limited to)
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Shape and communicate our vision and mission
Manage the ideation, production, strategy, execution, & measurement of multi-platform campaigns to increase brand awareness and customers for 3 LOBs.
Responsible for oversight of social media strategy, content development, channel growth and community management.
Manage marketing associate working on brand initiatives
Lead content development to motivate the target audience to “take action” across our 3 LOBs
Prioritize, plan and budget marketing efforts across multiple lines of business in multiple markets
Lead/contribute to brainstorms for both specific and overarching marketing initiatives that promote our 3 LOBs
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Relevant Skills & Qualifications
3-5+ years of work experience in the areas of brand marketing or consumer marketing
Hands on experience building and executing 360 marketing campaigns
Skilled in Google Slides/Powerpoint – not only in using the software, but being able to tell a story within a deck that is effective, efficient and engaging. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
An entrepreneurial approach (i.e. “no job is not my job” attitude), willing to roll up your sleeves and find creative ways to get things done
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and an ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate plans with leaders of the various business units
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Location:
The role will initially be primarily remote with the option to work from the New York, Florida, or California offices.
Circuit provides a flexible but committed work environment. The candidate will have a hybrid work schedule that will be both in-office and remote. The estimated time in office will be less than 35%. While we believe if you’re getting your work done then it’s less important where you do it, we do find value in time with the team and with customers.
The national team usually travels at least once per quarter to attend the national meeting and candidates are encouraged to work from other offices in New York, Los Angeles or San Diego
Compensation
Base salary is competitive and will be based on the candidate's background and experience. The candidate will be eligible for Bonuses, contributions to Health Care, Phone and travel expenses. After one year, the candidate will be eligible for 401k match plan and participation in employee stock option programs.
