<p style="text-align:left;"><b>Job Description:</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Assistant Manager/Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations for our organization, with a sharp focus on statutory compliance and HR analytics. The role owns the accuracy, timeliness, and audit-readiness of all statutory compliances, while also building data-driven insights that support workforce planning. The ideal candidate combines strong process discipline with the analytical rigor expected in a fast-paced, global-matrix  environment.</p><div><h2><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h2></div><p><b>HR Operations &amp; Employee Lifecycle Management</b></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end HR operations covering onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit/separation formalities.</li><li>Knowledge of Onboarding and exit process.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee master data, personnel files, and records within the HRMS/HRIS.</li><li>Generate and issue HR letters (offer, confirmation, experience, relieving, etc.) through the HRMS with zero-error accuracy.</li><li>Administer attendance, leave, and shift management systems, and resolve related employee queries.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries relating to HR operations, payroll inputs, and compliance.</li><li>Support payroll processing by providing accurate and timely inputs (new joiners, exits, salary changes, deductions).</li><li>Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across HR operations workflows.</li></ul><p><b>Statutory Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Gratuity, Bonus Act, and Shops &amp; Establishment Act.</li><li>Manage timely statutory filings, returns, challans, and remittances, and maintain documentation for audit readiness.</li><li>Liaise with government authorities, labour law consultants, and statutory auditors for inspections, filings, and clarifications.</li><li>Monitor changes in labour law and statutory regulations (Central and State) and ensure policies/processes are updated accordingly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) requirements, including Internal Committee coordination and reporting.</li><li>Support internal and external compliance audits and drive closure of audit observations within timelines.</li><li>Maintain statutory registers, notice boards, and other mandatory postings/records as required under applicable labour laws.</li><li>Mitigate compliance risk through robust controls, checklists, and periodic self-audits of HR processes.</li></ul><p><b>HR Analytics &amp; Reporting</b></p><ul><li>Design, build, and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring, absenteeism, and compliance status.</li><li>Analyze workforce data to generate actionable insights for leadership on trends such as attrition drivers, engagement, and productivity.</li><li>Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to deliver data-backed recommendations for workforce planning and decision-making.</li><li>Track and report key HR metrics/KPIs (turnover rate, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, compliance TAT, etc.) on a periodic basis.</li><li>Leverage HRMS, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) to automate recurring reports and improve data accuracy.</li><li>Support leadership reviews, board reporting, and global stakeholder reporting with reliable HR data.</li></ul><div><h2><b>Candidate Profile</b></h2></div><p><b>Education</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.</li></ul><p><b>Experience</b></p><ul><li>5–8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, with a strong track record in statutory compliance and HR analytics.</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other applicable labour law compliances.</li><li>Experience building HR dashboards and reports using Excel and BI tools; knowledge of HRMS platforms (preferably Workday).</li></ul><p><b>Skills &amp; Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance frameworks.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, working knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
