improvements.• Establish clear governance, KPIs, risk management, decision-making, and escalation mechanisms for industrialization readiness, production ramp-up, recurring issues, supplier qualification, and engineering changes.• Own the industrialization aspects of engineering changes from assessment through validation, documentation update, manufacturing release, production cut-in, and effectiveness verification, maintaining traceability across requirements, BOM revisions, supplier changes, validation evidence, and released configurations.• Define validation and requalification requirements for BOM, supplier, obsolescence, localization, and design-to-cost changes, and coordinate electrical, thermal, cooling, protection, functional, safety, and reliability testing needed for
