And that’s where you come in.Job Description:<h1>Role &amp; Responsibilities:</h1><ul><li>Develop and Implement HSE Programs:<ul><li>Create and maintain comprehensive HSE programs that align with industry standards and legal requirements.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures.</li><li>Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.</li></ul></li><li>Conduct HSE Training:<ul><li>Deliver HSE training programs to employees at all levels, ensuring they understand and comply with safety regulations.</li><li>Develop and maintain training records.</li></ul></li><li>Investigate Incidents and Accidents:<ul><li>Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Prepare detailed incident reports and recommendations for prevention.</li></ul></li><li>Monitor Compliance:<ul><li>Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.</li></ul></li><li>Promote a Safety Culture:<ul><li>Foster a positive safety culture within the organization by promoting awareness and engagement.</li><li>Encourage employees to report safety concerns and hazards.</li></ul></li><li>Liaise with Regulatory Authorities:<ul><li>Interact with regulatory agencies, such as OSHA or local authorities, to ensure compliance and address any issues.</li></ul></li></ul><h1>Experience, Qualifications and Skills:</h1><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.</li><li>NEBOSH IGC Certificate.</li><li>ISO 14001&amp;45001 Certification.</li><li>HSE specific certification.</li><li>Fluent in English writing and speaking.</li><li>Working experience not less than 5 years.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and industry standards.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to conduct investigations and analyze data.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li></ul>Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
