You will play a key role in implementing the Quality Management System, overseeing inspections and testing, maintaining quality documentation, and monitoring contractor performance in line with approved project requirements.</p><h3>What you’ll be doing</h3><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul> <li><p>Monitor and witness inspections and field/laboratory tests, ensuring compliance with requirements and proper documentation.</p></li> <li><p>Evaluate contractors’ QA/QC performance and compliance with the Quality Management System.</p></li> <li><p>Identify quality risks and manage nonconformities, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.</p></li> <li><p>Maintain accurate and traceable quality records, including inspection reports, NCRs, and quality dossiers.</p></li> <li><p>Support effective implementation of quality requirements from material inspection through execution and final acceptance.</p></li> <li><p>Review ITPs, Method Statements, Checklists, and other documentation to ensure compliance with project quality standards.</p></li></ul><p>Your work will support real decisions, real assets, and real operational outcomes.</p><h3>What you’ll gain</h3><ul> <li><p>Professional growth through ownership, exposure, and meaningful contribution from day one.</p></li> <li><p>Hands‑on experience in a role where the challenge is energising, fast‑moving, and built on learning through doing.</p></li></ul><h3>What you’ll bring</h3><ul> <li><p>Degree or technical qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.</p></li> <li><p>Experience in civil inspection and QA/QC within construction projects.</p></li> <li><p>Strong knowledge of quality management systems and documentation practices.</p></li> <li><p>Ability to manage nonconformities, corrective actions, and quality records effectively.</p></li> <li><p>Fluent in English, spoken and written.</p></li></ul><h3>What it’s like to work at Scatec</h3><p>At Scatec, we combine purpose with performance.
