You will primarily be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering corporate events across the Group, ranging from local initiatives to international, Group-level conferences, workshops, employee engagement and employer branding events. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and agencies to ensure seamless execution and a consistent brand experience.Besides event management, you will support a wide range of marketing and communication activities, contributing to the successful implementation of the Group's marketing strategy and strengthening employee and stakeholder engagement across markets.Main Responsibilities<ul><li>plan, organize and coordinate offline, online and hybrid events across MET Group</li><li>manage local and group-level corporate events from concept development through execution and post-event evaluation</li><li>manage relationships with external agencies, including coordination of project deliverables and administration processes such as obtaining quotations, supporting contract management, certificate of completion and all other related administrative tasks</li><li>coordinate the development and continuous improvement of event-related digital platforms in close cooperation with internal stakeholders, external vendors and development partners</li><li>develop and coordinate event and campaign communications across internal and external channels</li><li>drive employer branding initiatives through innovative employee-focused events and engagement activities</li><li>proactively identify and implement new event concepts, formats and creative solutions supporting employer branding objectives</li><li>support the company's corporate image, brand visibility and reputation-building activities</li><li>support the marketing and communication activities of MET Group’s subsidiaries and business units</li><li>support website and intranet content updates and collaborate with external agencies on digital development projects</li><li>monitor industry trends, benchmark best practices and recommend new marketing initiatives</li><li>provide operational support in other marketing projects </li><li>provide direct administrative and operational support for the Group Marketing Communications leadership</li></ul>
