Full time</li><li>Own end-to-end material readiness for new product and equipment builds</li><li>Translate build schedules, BOMs, inventory, open orders, and lead times into time-phased material requirements.</li><li>Own material planning and purchasing execution with suppliers, including demand alignment, supplier commits, shortages, inventory visibility, and build readiness</li><li>Own purchase order creation, confirmation, delivery, receipt, and issue resolution</li><li>Own the clear to build report by reconciling BOM, inventory, open orders, and engineering change orders</li><li>Identify and resolve shortage and late deliveries before they affect build schedules</li><li>Manage supplier relationships to drive on-time delivery and resolve issues</li><li>Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and incomplete information</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to align on procurement program needs</li><li>Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems</li></ul>What you need:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>5+ years of related experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain roles</li><li>Experience as a Supply Chain Manager or Procurement Manager supporting contract manufacturers is strongly preferred</li><li>Working familiarity with program/project management principles and practices</li><li>Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Bonus Qualifications:<ul><li>APICS/ASCM certification or equivalent</li><li>Experience with SAP for complex product manufacturing</li></ul>At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
