Bring your energy to Aggreko as Sales Representative based in in our Building Services &amp; Construction (BS&amp;C) Sector based in Toronto, ON. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth within the SME segment by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships. You'll engage with customers through both in-person and remote sales activities, identify their needs, and recommend tailored solutions. You'll also prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations while executing sales strategies to grow customer partnerships, achieve sales targets, and support overall business growth.Power without pause. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.               What you’ll do as: <ul><li>Develop and execute sales and marketing plan for developing business, including product revenue targets.</li><li>Identify and evaluate potential new opportunities and provide suitable recommendation to boost sales of products / increase market share.</li><li>Implement/support the national accounts plan.</li><li>Ensure the attainment of monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.</li><li>Assist establishing a customer base in which to promote and solicit new, diverse, on-going business.</li><li>Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve a sales budget via market sector and territory goals.</li><li>Submit market analysis reports regarding competitor activity, potential projects and market trends.</li><li>Continually maintain and up-date the company’s customer record system and report on call activity.</li><li>To ensure that the network of current and potential customers is expanded and maintained through weekly external face to face and telephone sales calls.</li><li>Prepare and submit proposals that include technical and commercial details of the client’s needs in accordance with Aggreko’s terms and conditions.</li><li>To acquire a sound knowledge of internal administrative practice, including all hire procedures and the quick track system, product knowledge and the operation of the depot overall.</li><li>Ensure all customer and opportunity details are managed and maintained in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in line with Aggreko’s procedures.</li></ul>You are:<ul><li>An experienced Salesperson with 5+ years of direct business to business sales management experience coupled with strong business acumen and customer relationship skills.</li><li>Advanced Knowledge of targeted territory and the Building Services &amp; Construction industry</li><li>Proficiency with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce)</li><li>An experienced individual contributor capable of working with limited direction, independently managing responsibilities, and resolving complex problems using established methodologies and professional expertise.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li></ul>Here’s what you’ll get:<ul><li>Work from home or in a local service center</li><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available</li><li>Sales career growth potential in expertise, leadership and across territories</li></ul>Our people are can-do, positive, resilient and persistent.
