We are looking for a senior, hands-on growth marketer who can own paid and performance channels end to end — building an efficient, diversified, and continuously improving customer acquisition engine that serves both consumer and commercial buyers.This role reports to the GM of Consumer and works closely with Growth, Analytics, Creative, Sales, and Business Operations.<h2>The Mandate</h2>This person owns Mill's customer acquisition engine — the paid channels, performance metrics, and testing infrastructure that turn marketing spend into efficient, scalable growth across our consumer and commercial business lines.
