Electrode Engineering is hiring a Senior Program Manager, to lead program management efforts for the development of our Iron-Air battery products. As part of our Core Technology Team, you will contribute to bringing our anode and cathode designs into production, through supporting the activities of our mechanical engineering, materials engineering, and battery engineering teams. As a coordinator and communicator, you will drive tracking and reporting of top risks. You will also take tactical ownership of our product design and execution schedule, through prototyping and engineering validation phases – tracking milestones from design release through supplier fabrication and landing at our factory.
