What makes this team unique is its cross-functional ownership of complex launch and manufacturing challenges, where decisions directly influence production performance and the customer experience. About the Role As a Staff Technical Program Manager, General Assembly, you will lead high-impact programs that support the development, installation, integration, and readiness of General Assembly manufacturing lines at Lucid. This role reports to a leader within Manufacturing Engineering and exists to strengthen program execution as Lucid scales vehicle production and introduces new products, processes, and equipment. In the first 12 months, you will own program scope, schedules, risk management, cross-functional alignment, and launch readiness for assigned General Assembly initiatives.
