At Fronius Canada, we are experts in our field, our solutions are different and so are our people!What you will be doing:Procurement<ul><li>Follows the purchasing procedure to manage internal and external suppliers.</li><li>Acts as the first point of contact for procurement, logistics and correspondence with suppliers.</li><li>Handles all tasks from order to delivery within procurement.</li><li>Approves vendor invoices.</li><li>Escalates with internal and external suppliers as required.</li><li>Collaborates with internal teams to identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory and takes appropriate actions.</li><li>Collaborates with internal departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and components through the supply chain.</li><li>Maintains the material master data in the ERP system for all relevant purchases.</li><li>Participates in meetings with Fronius Headquarters to support regular coordination, close cooperation and good exchange of information with colleagues of various subsidiaries.</li><li>Collaborates with other subsidiaries to define and implement sustainable. improvements to business processes.</li><li>Trains new procurement employees as well as keeps all colleagues up to date regarding procurement matters (current news, updates, changes, etc.).</li><li>Conducts other duties as required.</li></ul>Customer Service<ul><li>Manages and maintains customer database in our ERP system (BaaN) and CRM.</li><li>Provides customer service support via email and phones to customers.</li><li>Prepares sales and service quotations.</li><li>Manages the full cycle of sales/service orders including order acknowledgement, shipment and invoice.</li><li>Processes the credit and return of customer order.</li><li>Collaborates on shipment with warehouse staff.</li><li>Supports marketing and sales to ensure customer satisfaction during sales order processing.</li><li>Coordinates with the finance team on matters of customer credit and payment.</li><li>Available for occasional travel overseas to our parent company for training or meeting.</li><li>Conducts other duties as required.</li></ul>  What we are looking for:<ul><li>Technical Aptitude in engineering with 5+ years experience in procurement and order processing or support team.</li><li>A quick learner in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>Be able to adapt to changes in workplace.</li><li>Working knowledge of ERP System regarding the full cycle of order processing and procurement.</li><li>Detail-oriented and well-organized all time.</li><li>Accuracy driven is a must during order processing in the system.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Dynamics CRM.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and in a team.</li><li>Strong written and spoken communication skills with internal and external customers.</li><li>Be able to multi-task in a timely manner.</li><li>Post-Secondary Education/Associated Diploma or equivalent experience.</li><li>Bilingual in French is an asset.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary ($60k-70k)</li><li>RRSP matching plan for eligible employees</li><li>Extended healthcare plan</li><li>Remote work from home opportunity</li><li>3 weeks of vacation, and more</li></ul>Are you ready for Fronius?
