Today, we operate over 150 processes automated with RPAs (UiPath), and we have also started building AI agents to automate more complex, decision-heavy processes across our end-to-end supply chain. As demand for agent-based automation grows and the technology matures, we want to develop this capability further and keep WGLS at the forefront of automation within Wärtsilä. In this position, you will focus on designing, developing and scaling AI agent–based automation solutions across WGLS. You will work closely with our Process Automation Experts to decide, per process, whether RPA, agentic AI or a hybrid approach is the best fit.
