Lead safety meetings, support inspections, document hazards and near misses, and participate in incident investigations and corrective actions.</li><li>Oversee work orders from scheduling through completion and maintain accurate operational documentation related to transfers, purchase orders, receiving, installations, exchanges, returns, damages, and discrepancies.</li><li>Partner with sales and other internal teams to support forecasting, customer needs, branch planning, and service execution.</li><li>Participate in customer-facing activities such as job walks, scope reviews, and issue resolution.Monitor equipment staging, deployment, tracking, return, and readiness to maximize utilization and support operational efficiency.</li><li>Provide leadership, coaching, training, and accountability for branch employees.
